All About Rylee

Hey, there!

I'm Rylee Rayne.

I like to write about what I know and love. A simple life, being out in nature, love, family, and animals.

I am passionate about writing love stories empowering readers to escape into a heartwarming experience.

Whether it’s heartbreak, healing, or second chances, my characters find strength in connection and love from family, friends, and a reliable community.

Born and raised in the countryside of Wisconsin, I grew up with dirt roads, open fields, lush forests, and the kind of quiet that teaches you to listen closely. Nature is my sanctuary.

My writing is a reflection of the life I live: grounded, heartfelt, and deeply rooted in the belief that love—like the best stories—is worth fighting for.

How Writing Found Me

Growing up, I dabbled in painting, leatherwork, crocheting, and general crafting. I always had a hidden creative side, and I found writing was the best outlet for my ideas. (My paintings were never as good as my sister's.)

One day, I found my internal monologue turned into a narrator describing each room and scenario. Then I thought, What if I tried to write a story?

A few years later, I published my first novel with many more ideas in the works.

I am grateful for my husband, family, and friends that encourage my crazy ideas as I try to make this into a full-time career.

I'm excited for you to join me on my writing journey.

The Extras

When I'm not working my full-time job or running the boys to school events, I work in my garden, take the dogs for a walk, or simply enjoy the fresh air.

I try to balance of mix of work and play. If I'm not doing something fun with my husband and our four boys, you can find me working on a task on the never-ending list of chores on our hobby farm.
